FutureWork: forward into the future of the work environment
Turquoise walls, grey wing chairs, walls for painting, beige fleece carpet, workplaces for well-being. Is a new facility really New Work or is there much more to the story? The moving image gives a glimpse into the new OTTO world.
On the 205,000m² OTTO campus (that’s 35 football fields), idleness is a thing of the past. Here, the Future Work Team has structured the New Work communication tools – in other words it has changed the working environment, the mindset and the system. But what does this new OTTO world look like now?
Christoph Magnussen, entrepreneur and CEO of Blackboat.com, and his team assisted OTTO with making the new environment a reality. In the video, Irene Oksinoglu, Head of FutureWork, presents the new office spaces and shares insights from the projects with Christoph.
